Electric scooters (e-scooters), having achieved near viral status in select cities, are a social spectacle as much as a technological one. Like the ridesharing apps that preceded them, e-scooter sharing service vendors have determinedly taken their piece of the micromobility pie by showing up early and dealing with regulations after the fact. But how does the public feel about them, and are they here to stay? Zpryme surveyed 1500 US consumers to better understand public sentiment and usage patterns of e-scooters.
